Top 10 moments from 10 years in business

The 10-year anniversary celebration continues! We asked Founder Noelle K. McIntyre to take us back in time by sharing the memories, moments and milestones that most stand out. Check out the Top 10 (+1).

The great and challenging relationships and people—without the challenging ones, we would not appreciate just how good the great ones are!

  1. Upgrading our office to what I called “My first ‘big girl’ office.”

  2. Closing a $25 million commercial deal.

  3. Finding “my” place through our rebrand. In fact, officially having a brand.

  4. Volunteering and giving back.

  5. Our first annual holiday card in 2017 because it reflected a moment of transition in my life as a mompreneur. I was so proud of how far we, and I personally, had come.

  6. Growing into our team of 10, then 20, and now 30 associates. I’m still thankful that our team takes time to pause and capture our moment each year!

  7. Repeat clients. For example, I once helped college students find their first apartment. Then I helped them rent a townhome, and shortly after that, buy their first home. Two years later, they purchased their first investment property, rented it, then sold it, and so on. I feel as though I’ve known them forever. I am so proud of them and honored to be part of their journey.

  8. Missing my clients (when they aren’t buying or selling). We all get so busy in the day-to-day that when they come back around, it’s like no time has gone by. We pick up right where we left off, like with a best friend or family member we haven’t seen for years. I love this feeling.

  9. Teaching and mentoring the fantastic people I am honored to work with. And watching them kick *ss out there!

Bonus: I also am grateful for memories of epic happy hours and celebrations. Though times have changed post-child, they are nonetheless epic—especially that one time True Floridian Realty took over Las Vegas … (To be continued?)
