3 ways to view October, November and December—Plus why you should start now

It’s the first days of Fall, y’all!

With the return of football, pumpkin-spiced lattes, cinnamon-scented broomsticks, Halloween (& Thanksgiving!) decor (and more!), we figured what better time than now to ponder the spirit of the year’s end. Let’s go!

‘Tis the season to be jolly

Right about now, real estate experts begin making their 2023 projections. And currently—they have good news. Five of the six major forecasters currently anticipate home values will continue to appreciate into 2023. (See graph at end of story.) They also anticipate inventory to remain lower than supply.

In other words, if you’re thinking of making a year-end sale, now’s a good time to start planning!

‘Tis the season to look back

As the clock strikes midnight on Jan. 1, most people launch their 100-day plans, full of New Year’s resolutions. As research shows, however, by now most people also have let those resolutions fall to the wayside. (In fact, only 8% of resolutions fully succeed any year!) So, why not take advantage of the last 100 days of the year to get a little head start?

Sept. 23 is the magical date to set those “pre-year” resolutions. What will you go for? We’re committing to giving back through shopping with Amazon Smile. In fact …

‘Tis also the season to give back

Last, but certainly not least, the final months of the year are ripe with annual fund campaigns and giving asks. While True Floridian Realty strengthens our communities year-round through our transaction-based give-back promise, this year we’re taking it a step further.

We’re inviting our friends, family members, clients, partners and peers to help us give back to local heroes at The P.L.A.Y School in Palm Beach County.

And, thanks to Amazon Smile’s program, giving is as easy as adopting The P.L.A.Y. School as your charity of choice, and making your holiday (& everyday) purchases through the Amazon Smile Platform.

Fall is all around us …

While South Floridians don’t experience cozy sweater weather until a few months after the average American household, we do still celebrate all that the season has to offer.

So let us know … are you most excited about the 2023 housing projections, the opportunity to look back (while looking ahead) or the chance to help our local school teacher heroes put gifts to good use in their classrooms?
